Are you compliant?

Québec’s Law 25 is a significant data privacy law, formally the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards to the protection of personal information, that enhances individual rights and introduces new compliance obligations for businesses handling personal information in the province. Key aspects include strengthened individual rights such as data portability and erasure, a “privacy by default” mandate for technology, enhanced consent requirements, mandatory privacy impact assessments for sensitive data transfers, and significant new powers for the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, including the ability to issue substantial fines and penalties for non-compliance.

Are you still using it?

Windows 10 reached its “end of life” on October 14, 2025. It will no longer receive free security updates, technical support, or new features. While the operating system will continue to function, it will become increasingly vulnerable to security risks and may have future compatibility issues. Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows 11 or replacing your device if it doesn’t meet the requirements for Windows 11.
